To support a healthy indoor climate, Industrietechnik, part of Regin Group delivered a comprehensive temperature control and building automation solution covering the entire school complex. The project was designed to provide maximum comfort, energy efficiency, and simplified building management through a fully integrated platform.
A tailor-made climate control solution
With hundreds of students and staff using the facilities every day, maintaining a stable indoor climate across classrooms and common areas is essential. Industrietechnik therefore implemented an integrated solution that connects all major HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units, underfloor radiant heating, domestic hot water production, and heating circuits.
The project also included the integration of pumps, motorized valves, heat exchangers, and a wide range of sensors. The result is a tailor-made solution designed to deliver long-term performance while reducing energy consumption across the school.
Monitoring and control through DEOS OpenView
To simplify day-to-day operation and provide full visibility of building performance, the entire installation is supervised through the DEOS OpenView Building Management System. Through touchscreen displays, graphical floor plans, and detailed system schematics, facility managers and school staff can easily monitor, control, and optimize all connected systems from a single interface.
The platform also gives users access to real-time information, making it easier to identify deviations, adjust settings, and follow up on system performance. As a result, the school benefits from both energy-efficient operation and a comfortable indoor environment for students and staff.
