Wrong delivery, wrong quantity, transport damage, or similar.
Conditions for claim:
- Complaints other than warranty must be announced no later than 30 days after the invoice date.
- Transport damage must be noted and signed on the receipt by the driver, and must be reported to Regin as soon as possible, no later than 4 days after receiving the goods.
No products may be returned without our approval and valid RMA number.
