Claim - register new case

Detailed error description is required. Errors described as broken, not working, etc. are not accepted. Include the following in the error description:

  • Describe the error in detail
  • When and how does it occur?
  • Serial number for each item (mandatory for controller, for other items, add a note for identification)
  • Describe the surrounding installation where the product has been placed

  1. If the claim is not approved or if the product can be repaired, the invoice for the replacement product will not be credited. In the event of an unapproved claim, a troubleshooting fee of 1000 SEK will be charged.
  2. For various reasons, we are unable to stock replacement item for all of our products.
