Product defects within the warranty period

Conditions for warranty:

  • The defect is covered by the warranty
  • The customer informs the supplier about the errors discovered. Any goods received without documented reason for return will not be processed and will be returned to the originator at their cost.
  • The goods are packed in the original carton (or the packaging the replacement order was delivered in) without damage.
  • Return shipping is not included in the product warranty.

Important information

No products may be returned without our approval and valid RMA number.
