What is a return?
A return is an incorrect order regarding product, quantity, or a regretted order.
- The supplier allows for a 30-day return policy from the invoice date
- The ability to return is only valid for priced standard products
- The supplier does not accept returns of software and activation codes
- The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- Approved returns will be credited with a deduction of 15% or at least 500SEK
How does a return proceed?
- In case of a return, our return form must be filled in within 30 days from the invoice date
- The postage and sending costs for returning the product are not reimbursed
Return handling
In order for us to process your return, the following applies:
- All information in the return form is completed and filled out
- The return generates a return form, that will be sent to you at the e-mail address you provide
- The product should be returned, along with the return form, packaged in such a way that the product will not be damaged during transport
- Products that are the subject of the return must be delivered to the seller’s address, usually Regin Osby
- The decision on the return is communicated after the inspection of the product
We will not process your return if:
- The return form is not completely filled out as stated above and attached to the return
- The product is not received by us later than 30 days from the reported return issue
