Claim

What is a claim?

A claim relates to a faulty delivery or a product with manufacturing, material, or design faults. Claims do not include compensation for wear and tear, external influence, incorrect assembly, or use not intended for the product.

In the event of a claim regarding transportation damages, the damages should be noted and signed on the receipt by the carrier's driver and reported to the supplier as soon as possible, but no later than 4 days after receiving the goods.

How does a claim proceed?

  • Our claim form should be filled out in the event of a claim
  • A claim must be made as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered and within the warranty period
  • The supplier has the right to carry out a deeper analysis of the product, subject to the claim
  • Cost for an unfounded claim will be charged to the buyer with 1000SEK

Claim handling

To process your claim, the following applies:

  • All information in the claim form is completed and filled out
  • A detailed description of the defect in the delivery/product being claimed should be provided
  • The claim will generate a claim form, that will be sent to you at the email address you provide
  • The product should be returned, along with the claim form, packaged in such a way that the product will not be damaged during transport
  • Products that are the subject of the claim should be delivered to the seller’s address, usually Regin Osby
  • The decision on the claim will be communicated after the analysis has been conducted

We will not process your claim if:

  • The claim form is not completely filled out and attached to the return
  • The defect is described as broken, does not work, etc.
  • The product is received by us later than 30 days from the claim was submitted

Replacement item*

If necessary, a replacement item will be delivered with an invoice with 60-day payment terms. If the claim is approved, the invoice will be credited. Note: If the claim is not approved or if the product can be repaired, the invoice for the replacement product will not be credited. In the event of an unapproved claim, a troubleshooting fee of 1000 SEK will be charged.
