The 13-story complex in Mashhad, featuring a hotel, apartments, and over 450 shops and restaurants, was designed for Muslim pilgrims. Ahead of its opening, Regin's local partner, Aria Atsez Building Automation, faced the significant challenge of managing no fewer than 90 ventilation units spread throughout the property.
Instead of programming the entire system from scratch, they opted to use pre-programmed Corrigo controllers. This approach allowed them to quickly begin configuration and build the system step-by-step. Furthermore, they were able to automate an energy-saving indoor climate that adjusted and compensated based on outdoor temperature.
Thanks to Corrigo's clear Modbus protocol, integration with the overarching system was straightforward and seamless. This challenging installation also earned Aria Atsez Building Automation the Regin Energy Saver Award as the 2016 Ready-Steady-Go installation.
